What should teams know about the Clark County Event Center?
- Only 21 minutes from Portland International Airport.
- Spacious venue.
- On-site vendors will be selling drinks, coffee, snacks, and food.
- Convenient access and parking.
- Bleachers available for spectators.
- Parking fee = $6/day (This is charged by the venue, NOT the tournament)

What is the deadline for registration & payment of the tournament fee?
- 12/12/2025 is the deadline to submit your registration and tournament fee payment OR until filled. Limited spots available. Registering and paying early is encouraged to secure your team's spot.
Boys Team = $550 (or $500 if paid before 12/1/25)
Girls Team = $550 (or $500 if paid before 12/1/25)
Boys & Girls Teams = $1,000 (or $900 if paid before 12/1/25)
Individual Entry = $90 ea (or $80 ea if paid before 12/1/25)
How many placers will be awarded?
- Medals will be awarded to the top eight (8) placers in each bracket and division.
- Trophies will be awarded to the top three (3) teams in each division.
How many wrestlers can I enter into the tournament and how many can I enter in one weight class?
Enter up to 17 wrestlers per Boys and 17 wrestlers per Girls team, with no more than 3 per weight class.
Is there a parking fee?
Yes. Parking is controlled by the venue, not the tournament.
- $6 per vehicle per day
- Buses park FREE in a designated bus parking area
- Carpooling is encouraged.
Can teams bring mattresses, cots, or blow-up sleeping gear?
No, mattresses, cots, or inflatable sleeping items are not allowed inside the venue.
Can teams bring their own food and drinks?
-Yes, teams are welcome to bring their own food and drinks into the venue.
Are coolers allowed?
-Yes, teams are welcome to bring their own coolers and shall remain only in the Teams Area.
Are there food options available on-site?
-Yes, vendors will be selling food, snacks, coffee, and drinks throughout the event.

Will there be a Hospitality Room?
Yes! A hospitality room serving meals and snacks will be served to coaches, officials and tournament staff only.
How many coaching passes does each team receive?
Each team will receive a limited number of coaching passes. (TBD)
What if we need more passes?
Additional passes can be purchased for a set fee. (TBD)
- Please keep the venue clean – teams are responsible for their own camp areas.
- Coaches, wrestlers, and spectators must follow all event staff and venue guidelines.
- Only coaches and officials are allowed in the hospitality room.
- No outside coolers in spectator seating areas (team areas only).
- No smoking, alcohol, or vaping inside the venue.
- Weigh-in times and detailed schedules will be sent to registered teams.
